Prior to your treatment I can scan your auric fields for any blockages and assess which areas need to be focused on during the healing, along with any areas you would like to focus on.
Reiki and Angelic Reiki
I have trained in Reiki and Angelic Reiki, both are powerful forms of energy healing creating balance and harmony.
I also utilise shift healing techniques from Cindi Dale`s advanced chakra healing practice, helpful to target a specific need
Chakra Balancing
Chakra`s are spinning energy center`s within our bodies, connecting our physical, mental, and emotional selves. The word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit language and means “wheel”
A full chakra re-balance can be helpful especially in initial treatments to help clear any blockages ensuring flow of energy
Crystals in healing
We can utilise identified crystals to support your intentions for the session or those intuitively identified. All crystals are available to purchase and a tumble stone is free with each session.

If you would like a safe space to talk through any experiences in a environment of compassion and none-judgement I would love to support you with this.

If you have a passion for crystals like I do I would love to support you with finding the right piece to suit your needs.
The use of crystals, gemstones and certain metals to aid better health has been around for 1000`s of years but have recently become more popular.
This could be done during 1:1 sessions or if you would like to contact me with a specific stone you are looking for i will send you images of what we have available.
if you are unsure on which stone to choose and would like some advice on which crystals could help with a specific need I can advise on what may help and send images on items we have in stock.
We have a variety of shapes and sizes from tumble stone to large statement pieces. Depending on what we have in stock shapes include points, wands, palm stones, spheres, eggs, skulls, pyramids, merkaba`s and pendulums among others.
Crystals can be cleansed and attuned with Reiki energy prior to purchase.
Collection in Yeadon Leeds preferable however can be posted with a additional cost.
About Jo
I’ve always had an interest in holistic therapies and spirituality and knew it was something I would pursue when the time was right however also loved my job as a mental health nurse which I've worked in over the last 15 years, working with people at the most difficult times in their lives and being there to listen with compassion and none judgement gave me real job satisfaction.
Following reading The art of psychic reiki (by Lisa Campion) I started practicing self reiki on a daily basis and found I immediately felt a benefit with my wellbeing. Within weeks I had a sudden spiritual awakening experience and following this I noticed I could connect to the energy of the subtle world within myself, others, crystals and nature and with intention was able to direct this energy within myself and others. I also had a thirst to learn about all things spiritual. I have since completed training in reiki and angelic reiki 1 & 2, lithotherapy (crystal healing) and developed my own methods of supporting others energetically utilising my abilities with a lot of support from spiritual mentors and a lot of great books including advanced chakra healing by Cindi Dale.
Even though I love my job working as a mental health nurse I've felt a pull to support people on a energetic level also. Everyone seems to experience my sessions differently depending on your own energetic body, how you sense subtle energy and what area is being worked on however everyone I've worked with has felt a sense of deep relaxation as well as many other experiences. I've found I am able to scan your auric field for imbalance which can be helpful when feeling stuck but unsure of the cause. We can then target areas during the session as well as ongoing advice and support post session.
